Responsibilities
- Enable both GxP and non-GxP analytics for biopharmaceutical product development
- Support method development and high-throughput testing teams by creating, executing, and documenting business processes and operating procedures for liquid-handling robots
- Own onboarding, teaching, volume verification, health monitoring, first-line troubleshooting, vendor liaising, and life-cycle management for a growing fleet of two dozen robots and their peripherals, including controller computers and video surveillance cameras
- B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic laboratory setting
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in scientific equipment, instrumentation, and laboratory automation
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies — self-motivation and a growth mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to emerging priorities
- This is an onsite, hands-on role and must be located in Malvern, PA
- Experience working in a health-authority regulated environment
- Experience operating liquid-handling robots (e.g. Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman)
- Familiarity with LIMS and/or Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN)
- Familiarity with analytical assays for protein therapeutics and/or cell and gene therapies
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and/or software issues
- Understanding of computer programming concepts and/or knowledge of Python, C#, VB, etc.

Salary : $62,000 - $85,000
