- Join a growing team as a Laboratory Automation Engineer
- Support method development and high-throughput testing teams by managing business processes and operating procedures for liquid-handling robots
- Responsible for onboarding, teaching, volume verification, health monitoring, troubleshooting, vendor liaising, and lifecycle management for a fleet of robots and peripherals, including controller computers and video surveillance cameras
- Work onsite in Malvern, PA
- Requires a B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic laboratory setting required
- Must have attention to detail, good communication skills, and interest in scientific equipment and laboratory automation
- Should possess eagerness to learn new skills and technologies, self-motivation, a growth mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a health-authority regulated environment is preferred
- Experience operating liquid-handling robots such as Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman is a plus
- Familiarity with LIMS and/or Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) is desirable
- Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and/or software issues preferred
- Understanding of computer programming concepts and/or knowledge of Python, C#, VB, etc. is beneficial.
