Program Analyst and Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution governance aligns projects with strategic objectives
• Create real-time project visibility to track value and accelerate delivery
• Standardize delivery practices to drive consistency and efficiency
• Align champions and core teams for clear, rapid decision-making
• Meeting notes capture, synthesis, and report back to stakeholders
• Follow up communications to the client
• Project data creation from current state artifacts like emails and PPT
• Using project data created as input into a BI dashboard for visualization of program progress
• PPT and program documentation creation, cleanup, and formatting
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Experience with creation platforms like Mural and Figma
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
