We’re looking for a Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our travel technology products and hotel sales. In this role, you'll focus on increasing brand awareness, boosting adoption among B2C customers, and positioning our B2B offerings effectively. This is a new and dynamic opportunity with a strong emphasis on digital advertising, campaign optimization, and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for executing and refining ad strategies across Meta, Google, and especially LinkedIn, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across key audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive lead generation, awareness, and conversions.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- B2B Product Marketing: Align ad strategy and content with the positioning of our technology tools like Launchpad, creating demand and awareness among hotels, travel providers, and event organizers.
- LinkedIn Content Strategy: Develop, schedule, and manage LinkedIn content and campaigns that showcase our technology products, case studies, thought leadership, and key announcements.
- Creative Coordination: Work with internal designers to update ad graphics, landing pages, and forms that support campaign objectives.
- Retargeting & Lead Nurturing: Build retargeting and funnel strategies to capture and convert high-intent users.
- B2C Support: Assist with social ad strategies tied to consumer campaigns, including the Ambassador Program, flight and hotel packages, and event travel promotions.
- Cross-Channel Alignment: Coordinate paid ad efforts with blog content, CRM flows, social campaigns, and product announcements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in paid ads and digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of B2B digital strategy and experience building awareness for software products or platforms.
- Strong copywriting and scheduling skills for LinkedIn content and product storytelling.
- Comfortable working with creative teams to align design assets with performance goals.
- Data-minded, strategic, and organized—with a bias for testing and optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience in technology or travel sectors—especially with SaaS, travel platforms, marketplaces, or event technology.
- Familiarity with B2B sales funnels, retargeting strategies, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
