Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, offering assistance and guidance as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Cash Handling: Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain proper cash handling procedures, including counting cash drawers, reconciling sales, and ensuring accuracy in monetary transactions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the items available for purchase in the Grab-and-Go section. Familiarize yourself with the store's layout, product locations, and any special promotions or discounts to provide accurate information to customers.

Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and restocking Grab-and-Go items to ensure availability for customers. Notify appropriate personnel when items are running low or need replenishment.

Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the Grab-and-Go area clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Arrange products attractively and ensure that displays are appealing to customers. Maintain cleanliness of checkout area and equipment.

Food Safety: Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring that food items are stored and handled properly. Monitor expiration dates and remove any expired products from the shelves.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other Grab-and-Go Cashiers, as well as other store staff, to ensure smooth operations. Support colleagues during peak periods and assist in other areas of the store as needed.
