The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role spearheading the delivery of cutting-edge products that will transform the way Crexi users manage and analyze their data.

What You'll Do

Writes product specifications and release documentation including wireframes and flowcharts.
Creates and owns the product delivery process from idea through launch
Scopes and prioritizes features and tasks based on business and customer impact
Closely collaborates with the engineering teamdesigners and engineers to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Engages with customers through a variety of channels to solicit feedback on company products and services and internally serves as the voice of the customer
Gains a deep understanding of customer experience, identifies and fills product gaps, and generates new ideas to drive growth
Researches, analyzes and outlines new features and business lines
Performs other duties as assigned

Strong product intuition and craft with a passion for innovation, especially in the AI space.

Experienced in technically oriented Product Management roles with one or more of the following technologies : Search, Intelligent Information Retrieval, Generative AI, Data Science, Predictive Models, Recommendation / Personalization Engines.

Must be metrics and results-driven with experience using A / B testing and web analytics tools.

Experienced in collaborating with cross functional teams spanning Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations

Possess strong understanding of Web technologies and UI / UX

Pluses :

5-8 years of Product Management experience at a fast-growing technology company

Experience building and delivering successful products in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise product environment.

Prior experience working with data platform capabilities : such as the product experience working through full data cycle : ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, analytics, visualization / reporting, and retention / destruction

Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative and engaging output

Proficiency in working with conceptual data model, data profiling, visualization, SQL etc.

Good understanding of Data Architecture

Solid understanding of agile / scrum methodologies. Prior experience in agile environment preferred

Industry experience in Real Estate or Finance is a huge plus

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $135,000 to $225,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc ("Crexi") is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
