Who are you?
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) execution of our industry-leading platform . This role is critical in bridging the gap between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring that our solutions effectively meet market needs while driving adoption, market growth, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sectors, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What will you do?
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive market demand.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy : Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including messaging frameworks, positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
- Market Intelligence : Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Messaging & Positioning : Craft compelling value propositions, product messaging, and content that resonate with key stakeholders, including medical device manufacturers, supply chain leaders, and healthcare providers.
- Sales Enablement : Partner with sales leadership to create effective tools, collateral, and training programs that support the sales process and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
- Metrics & Analysis : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.

At Movemedical, your base pay is part of a comprehensive total compensation package. The expected salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 USD, varying based on your experience and qualifications.
