Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify and address customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gain a profound understanding of user needs.
- Partner with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to establish the vision, roadmap, and objectives for our product range.
- Operate within an agile framework alongside engineering and QA teams to design, develop, test, and launch new product iterations.
- Develop and oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing features to align with customer and organizational goals.
- Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance, usage, retention, and engagement.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software/SaaS or a related technological domain.
- Proven track record of developing products for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across various teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and adeptness in documenting product requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by excellent presentation skills.
