We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team! The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management.
This individual will also be responsible for business development and must be able to effectively find and follow up on opportunities for growth. This is a full-time role and the ideal candidate will live in a location that is within driving distance to the office.

Our offices are located in Carlsbad, CA and Lakeland, FL and we will work where our selected clients want us to go. We currently have projects located in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Florida.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and clients to organize project expectations
- Maintain constant communication with subcontractors and project personnel on various levels
- Monitor and report on project budget spending and profit
- Draft Prime Contract to owners for review and execution
- Manage and distribute project tasks on Procore; drawings, commitments, invoicing, budgets, and meetings
- Prepare and write comprehensive subcontracts
- Manage project personnel and multiple projects at the same time
- Manage and process owner pay applications and change orders
- Prepare project budget / estimates
- Manage Preconstruction with the bid process
- Prepare / Execute RFI's and Submittals
- Negotiate subcontracts and change orders
- Create comprehensive project schedules and conduct project meetings
- Comprehend plans, specs, and soils reports at professional level
- Evaluate and identify challenges and utilize resources to solve problems
- Support requests from Superintendents and Project Managers / Engineers
- Maintain Client relationships & develop additional business
- Manage entire project team to ensure project success
- Manage project timeline with superintendent to ensure project success
- Help drive business growth within company
- Develop a new network of contacts to obtain additional work in the company
