What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Services Manager position at CRF Behavioral Healthcare?
Hours: 40 hours per week. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Pay Rate: $33.62 to $35.39 per hour
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience working in social services or related setting and currently enrolled in a Master's program in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field required; or Master's degree in related field with 2 years of experience working in social services or related setting strongly preferred.

As a Health Services Manager, you will:
- Assist the Program Director in the day-to-day clinical/service delivery operations of the Healthy Connect San Diego program.
- Oversee a multi-disciplinary team who provide outreach, engagement, and care coordination to clients in homes and in community-based sites.
- Monitor the delivery of service, including outreach, engagement, care coordination, individual health action plan creation, and staff consultation.
- Lead case consultation meetings.
- Assist with managing the program and ensures compliance with all Managed Care Plan and CRF regulations.
- Support staff by assisting in training, and supervising team members.
- Supervise medical records management within the program.
- Provide outreach, engagement, field-based work and care coordination to members as needed.
- Coordinate with health plans to ensure accurate, timely, and quality service delivery and compensation for services.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) or other chronic health conditions preferred
- Management and/or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and knowledge about the provision of care coordination services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, and have a can-do attitude
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- A valid California driver's license in good standing and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. In addition, proof of insurance is required prior to driving personal vehicles on company business.
- Able to pass criminal/background clearance
