We are recruiting an organized dispatch supervisor to oversee and optimize HVAC dispatch operations. This role is crucial in managing daily dispatch activities, ensuring the efficient scheduling of technicians, and maintaining seamless coordination between teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC service logistics to drive operational success. Additionally, they will be responsible for coaching and training dispatch personnel, continuously improving processes, and resolving any escalations to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain dispatching processes and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assign and manage territories to maximize technician utilization and service coverage.
- Monitor dispatch boards and ensure accurate and timely technician scheduling.
- Handle technician and dispatcher escalations, resolving conflicts and service delays efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and check-in procedures for field technicians.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Purchasing, and Estimating teams to streamline operations.
- Continuously analyze dispatch performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices to optimize route efficiency and gross margins.
- Ensure dispatch operations align with company objectives and service standards.
- Design and lead training programs for new and existing dispatch personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and annual reviews to support team growth.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance dispatcher effectiveness.
Education, Skills, and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an HVAC dispatch or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC service operations, scheduling logistics, and route optimization.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills to handle escalations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for internal coordination and customer interactions.
- Proficiency in dispatch management software and CRM systems (preferred).
