Job Summary:
Working in a call center environment, alarm dispatchers are responsible for making outgoing calls pertaining to a customer’s monitored alarm system. You'll be the friendly voice calling to ensure everyone is ok when alarms are activated such as a Fire, Burglary, or Medical.

Responsibilities:
- The ability to speak clearly when making outgoing calls to verify alarms and dispatch authorities.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, challenging team environment while working in a high-volume call center.
- A caring, can-do attitude; always conveying professionalism and a passion for helping people.
- The ability to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime - we're 24 x 7!
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and the ability to type at least 20 WPM.
- Dependable and punctual.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean Criminal Background – No Felonies

Schedule:
- 1st shift (5 am - 1 pm)
- 2nd shift (1 pm - 9 pm)
**Application will be made during training for a Texas Department of Private Security Alarm Monitoring License as a requirement for continued employment and will include an FBI background check and fingerprinting, therefore applicants with criminal backgrounds need not apply.*
