Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Champion a safety-first culture.
• Oversee financial operations and analyze statements.
• Develop product costs for labor, material, and overhead by model.
• Maintain budget control for labor, material, and overhead.
• Manage all overhead costs, including variable, fixed, material, labor, and personnel expenses.
• Create annual operating plans and financial reports.
• Address performance variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate, engineering, sales, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate processes and methodologies.
• Foster continuous improvement through Kaizen and lean events.
• Enhance productivity by reducing cycle times and implementing lean processes.
• Monitor and control purchasing costs and inventory levels.
• Support sales in meeting customer delivery requirements.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing
• Proven leadership in plant manufacturing management.
• Proven Turnaround experience.
• Practical Lean Six Sigma experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Highly motivated and driven self–starter
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
