Job Description: Bilingual Sales Advocate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Cricket Wireless. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. Skills:

• Fluency in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Proven track record in sales with exceptional selling skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with an open availability
• Comfortable with a compensation structure including hourly pay plus commission
• Familiarity with Cricket Wireless products and services is a plus
• Previous experience in a retail or sales role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
