Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and attract customers.
- Participate in external sales events or promotions.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Host in-store events to meet daily sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with the store manager.
- Manage cash transactions accurately.
- Adapt to short-notice schedule changes.

Essential Duties:
- Understand customers' needs and guide them on how our no-contract products fit their needs.
- Exhibit a competitive spirit and aim to exceed sales goals.

- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
Requirements:
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Operate personal computers, wireless equipment, copiers, and fax machines.
- Ability to work at various locations as needed.
- Follow all opening and closing store procedures.
- Submit daily transaction journals.
- Assist with inventory maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Prior wireless industry experience.
- At least one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
- Proficiency with PC software (MS Office preferred) and point-of-sale systems.
