Job Title : Bilingual Store Sales Manager
Blue Fig USA is seeking a Bilingual Store Sales Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. As the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, we are looking for a motivated individual with excellent training and selling skills, customer service experience, and management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Train and develop sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
