Job Title : Bilingual Team Lead
Blue Fig USA, Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual lEAD Sales Mgmt to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales management experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling
