Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Communicate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash registers.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
- Demonstrate products through engaging product demos that highlight their value.
- Upsell additional products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and promotions.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Ability to upsell products and engage customers in meaningful conversations about their needs.
- Experience with product demonstrations is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
