Position:Live-out Housekeeper
Schedule:Wednesday Sunday, 10am 6pm or 10am 7pm (weekends may require longer hours on Sundays due to family gatherings)
Location:Greenwich, CT
Salary:$30-$35/hour (depending on experience) plus full benefits
Great family is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join their lovely, fully-staffed home in Greenwich, CT.The ideal candidate will join the existing housekeeping team and be responsible for all-around housekeeping duties in a 34,000 sq. ft. home. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changes in the daily routine. Must have 3-5 years previous experience in a formal household with superior skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform all-around housekeeping duties, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Keep the home clean and tidy on a daily basis
Laundry services
Table setting and dining service
Blend in with the environment and understand how to navigate the home
Schedule deep cleanings when the family is traveling
Provide excellent communication with the rest of the team
Provide excellent customer service to the family
Be able to jump into different tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior housekeeping experience required
Proficient in all-around housekeeping duties
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the daily routine
Must have a gentle approach and be aware of the different art pieces in the home
Sensitive to smells
Must be able to work weekends and longer hours on Sundays as needed
Uniforms provided for staff
