Job Description: Housekeeper Team for Thorough Cleaning of a Sold 2,500 Sq Ft House

Location: Darien, CT

Schedule: Sunday 22nd or Mon 23rd

Pay Rate: $400

Overview:

We are seeking a professional and efficient housekeeping team to comprehensively clean a 2,500-square-foot house that has been sold. This one-time job requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough cleaning of all areas, including the refrigerator.

Responsibilities:

General Cleaning:

Dust and clean all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and baseboards.

Vacuum and mop all floors, including carpets, hardwood, and tiles.

Clean windows, window sills, and blinds.

Wipe down and sanitize all light switches and door handles.

Kitchen Cleaning:

Deep clean the refrigerator, including removing all items and cleaning shelves and drawers.

Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and faucets.

Clean the exterior and interior of all appliances, including the oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Wipe down cabinets and drawers, both inside and out.

Bathroom Cleaning:

Scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

Wipe down and sanitize countertops and faucets.

Ensure all tiles and grout are thoroughly cleaned and free of mold.

Living Areas and Bedrooms:

Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture and decorative items.

Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring all corners and hard-to-reach areas are addressed.

Clean and sanitize any built-in shelving or storage units.

Other Duties:

Remove all trash and ensure it is disposed of properly.

Ensure the home is left in a clean and presentable condition for the new owners.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in professional housekeeping or cleaning services.

Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within the given timeframe.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to the job location.
