- Be currently based in Sarasota, Florida
- Have at least 8 years of full-time experience as a personal assistant for a family
- Provide long-term references from each prior position (e.g., 4 years with one family and 4 years with another)
- Have extensive experience managing complex calendars and scheduling both commercial and private travel
- Have worked in an ultra-high net-worth family or family office setting
- Provide verifiable references before an interview
- Have planned luxury travel itineraries from start to finish
- Possess significant concierge experience
The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the ability to travel as needed due to the family's properties in other states.
The position will initially be mostly remote but will transition to an office setting within the next few months, with the option to work at the client's residence as well.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating exceptional proficiency in private concierge services
- Coordinating, leading, and executing travel, events, and experiences with travel agents, concierges, and custom itineraries
- Leveraging experience with luxury travel and VIP experiences
- Researching, planning, and managing travel logistics for the family, friends, and groups
- Assisting with any family needs
- Leading, organizing, and optimizing the family calendar, including children's activities
- Running errands and completing assigned tasks
- Researching and assisting with family purchases and logistics
- Collaborating effectively with current staff, including the business EA, property manager, and household staff
The ideal candidate must be highly resourceful, proactive, and exhibit attention to detail. Salary offered is $90,000–$100,000.
