As a Collection Representative at Crisafulli Bros., you will be instrumental in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role is vital to our financial health and supports our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections.
- Conduct account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Utilize financial software to track collections and generate reports on account status.
- Assist in revenue cycle management by analyzing accounts and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving collection rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding collections.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or collections, preferably in a related field.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with medical collections or billing processes is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate account analysis.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
