Summary:
Primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating the PAIP Program and the PAIP training program in a manner that meets the Illinois Protocol for Abuser Program guidelines and ICDVP guidelines. This position reports to the Director of Support Services. The PAIP Coordinator will uphold the Mission & Values of the Crisis Center for South Suburbia.
JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ensuring the PAIP program operates according to CCSS and funder guidelines.
- Manage the schedule of facilitators to instruct all weekly groups.
- Provide PAIP group co-facilitation weekly.
- Provide and coordinate the provision of individual assessments of clients referred to the PAIP program.
- Oversee and assign case management responsibilities to PAIP staff.
- Oversee and assign group and/or time limited individual aftercare services to PAIP staff for client services.
- Contact referral sources regarding the involvement of the client in the PAIP program and/or their compliance.
- Develop PAIP curriculum, as needed with supervisor assistance.
- Maintain client files and paperwork weekly including court reports and billing.
- Maintain and collect accurate statistics on the PAIP program.
- Submit monthly reports regarding overall service data of program, training activities, referrals received, program awareness efforts and hours contributed to supervisor.
- Ensure that all client data is accurately and timely recorded in Empower DB and that all reporting needs are met in a timely manner.
- Train PAIP facilitators on Empower DB and all related procedures.
- Responsible for co-developing the new PAIP training curriculum for the agency with supervisor.
- Responsible for co-training internal CCSS staff and community members.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of local social service agencies and available resources to provide for clients in PAIP program when necessary.
- Liaison with referral sources to develop a working relationship to raise awareness of PAIP program and to increase referrals.
- Flexibility to support other departmental initiatives as necessary.
Salary : $53,560 - $56,243
