The Role :
The Content Production Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing content and campaign implementations across key business categories and end markets. In this role, you will foster collaborative relationships within the Marketing team and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, eCommerce, International, and CPI leadership while serving as a liaison for campaign execution and communication initiatives. Additionally, the Content Production Lead will develop, manage, and execute content; leading the ongoing evolution of CPI’s work and raising the bar on how we communicate with targeted audiences.
What You Get To Do Everyday :
Establish global guidelines and standards around brand voice and tone to ensure consistency in all communications.Create, plan, and maintain a production calendar and workflows for technical content development, including instructional videos, webinars, and web content.Develop concepts and content for everything included in an integrated campaign, from taglines and video scripts to concepts for tradeshow installations and digital activations.Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by Copywriters or other Content Producers.Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to optimize articles and increase visibility.Act as a liaison with Designers to enrich the text with visual aids, such as images, infographics, and charts.Shape language and tone used in sales emails, banners, and brochures.Create and oversee monthly and quarterly content reports and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of content.Interview clients, industry experts, and internal teams to obtain business and strategic insights.Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in CPI’s content.Ensure all content is up to date with industry standards and best practices.Perform other position-related duties as assigned.You Need to Have :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related fieldFive years or more work experience in marketing, brand, strategy, research, or relevant rolesFive years or more experience crafting content strategy within a branded environment, whether agency-side or in-brandExperience as a Senior Copywriter, Content Producer, or similar role with end-to-end content production from narrative and strategy development through delivery and measurementExperience in developing integrated, strategic content strategies and ecosystemsExperience working on large, integrated campaigns and successfully communicating complex concepts with varying levels of awareness and understandingAbility to assess which variables are driving results and link actions to business outcomesAbility to Solve complex and diverse problems, using judgment and knowledge of multiple creative mediums to help define and execute successful customer experiencesCreative and confident writer with high attention to detail in correct spelling and punctuationStrong drive to support and champion the CPI mission and the community of CPI Certified InstructorsStrong communication skills with great writing and story-telling skillsStrong organization and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing prioritiesExcellent teambuilding skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing teamOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to delegate responsibilities and authority effectively and to encourage individuals to decide how they will accomplish their goals and resolve issuesWell-developed interpersonal skills, negotiation, writing, speaking, and listening skillsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilityWe'd Love to See :
