Business Operations Specialist
The Business Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Billing and Contract Management. The ideal candidate must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. They should be a quick and intuitive thinker, a problem-solver, and a multi-tasker who can maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be a strong team player who values collaboration and is open to diverse perspectives.
What You Will Work On:
Reviewing and understanding the details of sales contracts governing customer accounts.
Updating, auditing, and maintaining customer records and internal data in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
Accurately provisioning customer accounts in internal systems using details from contracts and Salesforce.
Working with customers and sales teams on contract renewals.
Communicating contract details to sales teams and client support teams.
Verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in accordance with company rules and guidelines, using internal system data, customer contracts, and purchase orders.
Ensuring all relevant documentation accompanies contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies of pertinent records.
Performing assigned duties for the month-end and year-end closeout of all billing and contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
What You Will Bring:
Associate’s degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, economics, or relevant work experience.
