Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Intelligence Manager, the GSOC Watch Officer (Intelligence Analyst) will staff the client’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and directly implement and execute tasks related to the client’s integrated risk management and global security program. The analyst will ideally be located at Crisis24’s Annapolis office, and the role is currently hybrid, based on a 24/7 shift schedule. There is currently potential for full-time remote. This position requires rotating shift work, including morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday work. The analyst will be available to travel to client locations occasionally.
What You Will Work On
Recognize and respond to crisis situations and initiate proactive action using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track and respond to travel reservations to high-risk destinations.
Track and respond to Crisis24’s alerts and world events for client impact on travelers, assets, and operations.
Conduct employee and traveler safety check-ins.
Escalate intelligence and impact information to appropriate client stakeholders.
Using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), produce succinct written and oral assessments that include beneficial analysis.
Deliver oral and written intelligence and programmatic briefings to members of the client’s security team or business leadership teams.
Triage various client requests and ensure that the requesters get the information and services they require in a timely manner.
Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs.
Work with security team members effectively and efficiently.
Support and develop client solutions, processes, and protocols.
Contribute to the maintenance of the client's proprietary program functions.
Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data.
Assist in producing specific briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies.
Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports.
Suggest potential improvements to the program and SOPs to the EIS Manager.
Frequently liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns.
Be consistently engaged daily with teammates.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client program.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
2 to 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response and management, or a related field required
Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills
Excellent analytic skills, including familiarity with analytic techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills
Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SME as well as client contacts
Foreign language and travel experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred

Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed
