Job Role: Case Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager at Lonati Law Firm, you will be responsible for managing cases from intake to settlement, ensuring timely and effective communication with insurance carriers, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management:
- Manage cases from intake to settlement, ensuring timely and effective communication with insurance carriers, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist clients in treatment coordination and educate them on necessary treatment plans.
- Handle financial aspects of cases, including negotiating settlements and payments.
- Draft and send key case documents, such as Letters of Representation and Demands.
- Set up physical and digital files, maintaining meticulous records throughout the case.
- Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and empathetic support.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee all aspects of case management, ensuring successful case closure with favorable outcomes for clients and the firm.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least three to four years' experience in case management, preferably in personal injury law.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Past utilization of legal-based client CRMs, such as Filevine or similar.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-reliant and proactive with a growth mindset.
