At Crisp, we’re not just another company. We are the #1 law firm growth company in America, on a mission to help 1,000 law firms each grow their revenue by $10,000,000 over the next decade—creating a $10 billion impact in the legal industry. We operate with the intensity of a championship team—where every player is expected to bring their best, own their outcomes, and drive results.
We’ve grown rapidly, but our systems, processes, and operational frameworks need an operational architect who can take them to the next level. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo—it’s about building, optimizing, and scaling operations in a way that fuels growth.
As an Operations Manager at Crisp, you will have the unique opportunity to create structure, drive efficiency, and develop scalable solutions that will impact the entire organization. - You use data to drive decisions. You know how to structure, analyze, and apply data to improve operations using tools like Salesforce and Domo.
- You think big but execute in details. You bridge the gap between strategy and execution, solving root problems, not just symptoms.
- You fix inefficiencies before they become problems. You proactively spot bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and drive automation.
- You figure things out. You take an end goal and build the best path forward without waiting for step-by-step guidance.
- You embrace AI and automation. You see AI-powered tools as a way to scale, optimize, and eliminate busywork—not as a threat.

Why Our Work Matters:
Lawyers go to law school to learn how to practice law, but law school doesn’t teach them how to run a business. In a world where the best cases often go to the best marketers, rather than necessarily the best lawyers, legal expertise alone isn’t enough. That’s where Crisp comes in.
We partner with committed, growth-minded law firms that care deeply about their teams, clients, and communities. Often, it’s a David vs. Goliath scenario, where the most dedicated attorneys lack the resources of their larger competitors.
Our mission is to level the playing field, equipping these firms with the tools, strategies, and support they need to stand out and win.
We empower law firms to not only grow their businesses but also make a bigger impact—delivering better outcomes and drivingpositive change.
At Crisp, we’re here to ensure that the best law firms, no matter their size, have a fighting chance to lead, serve, and transform their communities.
By empowering our law firm clients to succeed, we’re not just building stronger businesses; we’re creating a ripple effect of positive change that impacts lives, families, and communities across the country.
If you’re ready to put 110% into everything you do and be part of a nationally recognized, collaborative, and innovative team, we’d love to hear from you!
