Key Responsibilities
- Case Management – Track case timelines, request and compile medical records, lost wages, and settlement documents
- Legal Document Preparation – Draft demand letters, complaints, discovery requests, interrogatories, and objections
- Client Interaction – Communicate directly with clients to gather information, respond to discovery, and provide case updates
- Document & Trial Preparation – Utilize legal software (Filevine, Lead Docket) to manage case files and organize trial materials
- Pre-Litigation & Litigation Support – Oversee case progress, manage AI-powered legal tools, and assist attorneys
What You Bring
- 5 years as a Personal Injury Paralegal in pre-litigation and litigation
- Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
- Excellent writing and communication skills – Clear, professional drafting and client interactions
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Filevine, Lead Docket, AI-powered legal tools, and e-filing
- Proactive and Adaptable – Ability to work independently while aligning with firm processes
- Compassionate and Client-Focused – Passion for helping clients navigate legal challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
