OOOOH HI. You are an Account Director, and you worked hard to get here! You will confidently take the reins on a piece of business or team up with the Managing Director to make things happen. You own the relationship with the top clients and keep things running smoothly with your internal crew. Leading the team in the day-to-day hustle of managing the client’s business? Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, including C-Suite (or equivalent) clients to guide the business and the overall client/agency working relationship
- Serve as active and centralized leader of strategic development and momentum, building inclusive teams to include Creative, Strategy, Social, Media, and Production leadership
- Manage 360 brand campaigns from brief to delivery with a social-first mindset
- Support a socially-native, social-first approach to creative
- Understand and teach mechanics of the creative process and how to get to the best work
- Develop strong relationships with partner agency leaders
- Know when to react to optimize results (pour on the gasoline) or mitigate issues
- Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations and manage the account financials
- Monitor scope, identify and manage scope creep and opportunities for expansion
- Oversee success tracking and monitoring
- Understand the Crispin agency initiatives and how they relate to client business (i.e. Creative, Channels Planning, Media, Strategy, PR, Media, etc.)
- Master the communication skills to deliver tough feedback to clients or argue a point of view that supports the strategy and creative POV
- Dive in and get things done
- Manage/teach/mentor your team, identifying opportunities for growth and overall support. Their success is your success
Requirements:
- Ability to work in our 1WTC office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 10 years of agency experience, including ownership of end-to-end brand campaigns, social-first campaigns, and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience in professional client relationship management
- Proven ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
- Experience with highly-matrixed organizations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes, planning, ecom management, and media
Base Compensation Range: $118,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
