We are currently hiring a Shift Lead for our corporate flagship location in Rexburg! This role is essential in managing daily operations, leading your team, and ensuring an exceptional Experience in Customer service preferred
Leadership & team management: Lead, train, and motivate your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Strong communication skills: Foster a positive work environment by engaging effectively with both guests and team members.
Organization & reliability: Oversee opening and closing shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset: Tackle challenges quickly and maintain seamless service.
Commitment to quality: Maintain high standards in product preparation and consistency.
Cleanliness & safety: Ensure a clean, organized prep and cooking area while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Flexible availability: Must be able to work mornings, nights, and weekends, including Sundays in a fast-paced environment.
