POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Integrated Strategy and Engagement is a transformative leadership role at World Concern, dedicated to shaping a unified, strategic vision for organizational impact and growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—particularly program, development / fundraising, marketing, and communications—to align and integrate efforts that support and reinforce World Concern’s mission. This position will report directly to the Vice President, ensuring that programmatic objectives and fundraising strategies are aligned, mutually reinforcing, and amplifying both operational effectiveness and donor engagement.

DUTIES
- Strategy Integration, Coordination, and Planning
Lead strategic planning sessions across departments to develop cross-functional strategies that foster shared goals, strategies, and action plans towards reaching World Concern’s mission and growth objectives.
Lead the development of engagement strategies that strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and increase the organization’s visibility and influence with donors and partners.
Direct process improvement initiatives that streamline collaboration and communication across programs, development, and other key functions.
Support the organization’s growth objectives by aligning strategic initiatives with revenue generation goals and helping to set benchmarks for success.
