Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential (homes) and Commercial (offices and warehouse) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes and hospitality environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client's inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning agents and equipment.
- Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Experience in custodial work or residential cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively, including vacuums and floor buffers.

- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
