Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant - Starts/Closing Coordinator at Cristo Homes located in Cincinnati, OH. The Administrative Assistant - Starts/Closing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the start and closing processes, assisting with administrative tasks, managing documentation, maintaining records, and providing support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process New Contracts
- Send out all documents related to new sales to lenders, buyer, realtors and sales
- Work with architect and engineer to get prints and plot plans
- Send out receipts for all deposits
- Submit plans to county/municipality for permit
- Create start packs for supers once permits have been approved
- Pay any inspection fees, CO fees
- Work with Super at the end of construction to get CO/TCO and send to lender
- Proficiency in company Sales software
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Escrow Tracking
- Closing Coordinator
- Slack Management
- Main contact for Appraisers
- Due Diligence on new properties
- Main Contact on DocuSign both internal and external
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
