The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

- Own and grow a book of mid market and long tail retailer partners in North America, acting as the primary technical, analytics, and platform point of contact and escalation
- Partner with a broad range of commercial and operational teams (account managers, marketing, legal, brand sales, product, R&D, Technical Solutions, analytics) to support sales efforts and the dynamic day-to-day needs of the business
- Educate clients and stakeholders on Criteo’s capabilities and advise on business decisions governing their technical integrations
- Oversee implementation and execution of new placements and product solutions
- Perform deep reporting and analyses in order to monitor program performance, answer client inquiries, uncover opportunities and actionable insights, and demonstrate successes on an ad hoc and recurring basis
- Identify, qualify, define criticality of, and prioritize technical issues surfaced by stakeholders or through self-discovery
- Develop sustainable and scalable processes to meet partners’ needs
- Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews and long term technical roadmap planning sessions
- Spearhead the development of and dialogue around complex, custom solutions for clients with assistance from Technical Solutions, Analytics and Product teams
- Serve as an internal voice of the client by collecting and documenting business needs and building business cases for internal escalation
- Identify, size up, and pitch new supply expansion and enhancement opportunities based the partners’ objectives
- Exchange knowledge and strategy with a team of highly experienced partner success managers
- 3 years digital media experience, ideally highly familiar with online performance advertising, ad tech, and ecommerce
- Retail media experience is a plus
- Passionate about technology, new media, and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (digital and in-person)
- Flexibility to think on your feet and experience developing creative customer solutions
- Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
- Organized with outstanding attention to detail and ability to project manage multiple complex integrations in parallel
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis; experience aggregating and managing large datasets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to use and visualize data to demonstrate value and upsell
- Able to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results
- Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry and retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-moving company and industry
- A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
- Have a can-do positive attitude and the willingness to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty with a small team environment
