Associate Partner Success Manager, Retail Media
What You'll Do :
- Own and grow a book of mid market and long tail retailer partners in North America, acting as the primary technical, analytics, and platform point of contact and escalation
- Partner with a broad range of commercial and operational teams (account managers, marketing, legal, brand sales, product, R&D, Technical Solutions, analytics) to support sales efforts and the dynamic day-to-day needs of the business
- Educate clients and stakeholders on Criteo's capabilities and advise on business decisions governing their technical integrations
- Oversee implementation and execution of new placements and product solutions
- Perform deep reporting and analyses in order to monitor program performance, answer client inquiries, uncover opportunities and actionable insights, and demonstrate successes on an ad hoc and recurring basis
- Identify, qualify, define criticality of, and prioritize technical issues surfaced by stakeholders or through self-discovery
- Develop sustainable and scalable processes to meet partners' needs
- Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews and long term technical roadmap planning sessions
- Spearhead the development of and dialogue around complex, custom solutions for clients with assistance from Technical Solutions, Analytics and Product teams
- Serve as an internal voice of the client by collecting and documenting business needs and building business cases for internal escalation
- Identify, size up, and pitch new supply expansion and enhancement opportunities based on the partners' objectives
- Exchange knowledge and strategy with a team of highly experienced partner success managers
