Our client is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on program implementation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing operational support to optimize client benefits strategies. The ideal candidate excels in coordinating client onboarding, navigating complex compliance requirements, and driving program efficiency while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Implementation and Oversight :
Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration of benefits platforms and adherence to client-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including COBRA, FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs.
Provide data-driven insights on program utilization and recommend strategies to optimize benefits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication.
Education, Experience, and Key Skills :
Compensation and Benefits : This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization where your contributions will directly impact client success.
