Seeking a skilled P&C Accounting Manager with insurance industry experience. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from managing payables to month-end closing. The ideal needs to be local to come into the office 1-2 times a week.
- Manage insurance payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee vendor payables, maintaining strong relationships with key vendors.
- Handle receipts, reconciling payments efficiently.
- Perform direct bill posting.
- Maintain the general ledger with precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the month-end close process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize AMS / EPIC software for various financial and accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
