Texas based non-profit Association is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to service members with individual coverage. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of benefits account management experience in an agency or carrier setting. Will consider candidates with individual and / or group experience.
The Insurance Client Account Manager is the primary person responsible for servicing and maintaining full responsibilities of the custom medical, dental, and life plans. This position is expected to engage professionally with clientele via phone, in person, or at Association events.
- Service and reconciliation of the custom plans
- Process and post premium payments
- Quote, consult, and remit individual applications to insurance carriers
