Our client, a top regional broker, is actively seeking a Group Health & Benefits Account Manager to manage a group of clients and work together with Producers and carriers. This person will be heavily involved in providing excellent customer service to a book of business, deal with escalated service issues, handle enrollment meetings, etc. Must have outstanding presentation and organizational skills and the willingness to do what it takes to keep the clients happy.
