Regional Independent Insurance Broker is seeking a high-energy Insurance Sales Personal Lines Leader.
Oversee the Sales Development team with full P&L responsibility, driving sales strategies to support ongoing growth and the success of team members.
Define and implement measurable sales goals for the agency and Personal Lines sales team to ensure sustainable growth.
Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns to create sales opportunities within the assigned territory, leveraging industry trends and carrier guidelines.
Provide organizational structure in collaboration with operational leadership, ensuring workflows and processes align with company objectives.
Utilize key carrier partnerships to maximize profitability and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Travel within the Southeast to multiple offices, identifying high-performing Personal Lines staff to transition into sales roles.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Analyze sales performance data, including closing ratios, policy sizes, and historical trends, to establish improvement opportunities and set realistic sales objectives.
Support team development by providing ongoing training on sales strategies, client risk assessment, and the proper completion of applications and submissions.
Act as the point of contact for elevated customer queries, mediating disputes and providing solutions to ensure high service standards.
