As the Account Executive you will be engaging various industries such as; retirement communities, hotels, property managers etc in your market. This person is excited to contribute to the company’s vision of building this additional territory. This position will largely be boots on the ground, setting appointments and walking in to meet prospects, traveling to attend tradeshows, conferences and events, hosting lunch and learns and presenting the company to commercial client groups.
The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, outgoing, love to be in front of clients and hungry. This position is not for the faint of heart. It is targeted for those that have sold restoration services and can sell to higher level executives. The compensation structure has a generous commission structure geared towards high performers who excel and hit their numbers.
- Able to set and attend appointments with prospects and provide a clear understanding of our value proposition - what makes Critical Control different
- Ability to travel and spearhead tradeshows, conferences and opportunities to represent and sell the company

- Previous experience in any of the above verticals of Multi-family, property management, hospitality, care facilities is preferred.
