Sr. Market Strategy Manager - Pressure Sensitive Adhesives - Newark, NJ Area
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive the regional segment steering together with the regional business head and respective functions (e.g. Innovation, business development, sales).
- Drive & manage regional key strategic initiatives contributing to global segment strategy in strong partnership across the organization.
- Create customer value in matching customers targets & strategies with insights about future trends (2-5 years) in the segment and related company offerings.
- Collect and analyze competitor / customer insights to derive relevant intelligence and actions for the business segment.
- Ensure consistency in market insights and related interpretation (trends, market sizing, association work) to provide fact-based recommendations to the segment team.
- Initiate, steer and manage strategic projects and transformational initiatives by anticipating future market trends, potential regulations, and technological push.
