CPF has an exciting opening in our Nashua location for an Operations Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with operations and production.
What you will be accomplishing in our team environment:
- Composes, types, formats, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails and faxes, and project reports and documents using individual initiative and as assigned.
- Creates and updates work instructions and forms.
- Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records.
- Enters and Edits BOM and routing steps in MRP.
- Tracks the receipt and processing of project data; reviews key data after receipt for completeness and consistency; enters data into information management or data collection system; ensures accuracy of all data entered.
- Performs inventory adjustments and transfers in MRP.
- Issues module paperwork and production orders.
- Generates usage and inventory reports.
- Assists in CAPAs and NCMRs.
- Coordinates calendars and schedules meetings, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule awareness.
- Coordinates appropriate financial management and invoicing for projects.
- Conducts research and assists with data collection; follows established data collection and management procedures to prepare, collect, and record data; performs basic analysis of data and compiles and types statistical reports.
- Coordinates internal and external project meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, preparing slides and/or transparencies for meeting presentations, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Assists in development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed.
- Assists in maintaining training records.
- Assists in the training process.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Assists and fills in for Shipping, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and ERP System
- Keystrokes a minimum of 50 wpm.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and work near moving mechanical parts.
