Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5
- Demonstrated experience managing IT, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Food Services
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving organizational
Computer/Office Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and facility management software.
- Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
