Primary Responsibilities :
This position provides technical support to the Unmanned Mission Control Station (UMCS) AIRWorks Team focusing on establishing test site maintenance planning and stand-up.
The Program Analyst is responsible for coordinating with the MQ-25 / UMCS Integrated Test Team and developing maintenance processes and documentation for UMCS developmental testing.
Responsible for supporting program efforts including technical research, coordination of reports, and development of program monitoring systems
Provides technical support an, material assessments ,and developmental test system sustainment analysis.
Tracks the implementation of required corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and evaluates progress on a continuing basis to determine problem areas and recommend solutions.
Tasks Performed :
Demonstrated Knowledge :
Manages Naval Aircraft and Engine data Using Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) / Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) Logsets and records.
Manages Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) OOMA / IMA NALCOMIS records, linked tasks, and mailboxes.
Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems and management information system.
Education / Experience :
JOURNEYMAN : A Journeyman level person within a labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a BA / BS degree.
Allowable Education / Experience Substitutions :
Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Desired Experience :
NAVAIR product support / ILS planning process for products under development
Knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP); COMNAVAIRIST 4790
Knowledge of NALCOMIS / OOMA reporting process
Ability to communicate and adapt well in dynamic team environments
Good organizational skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Security Clearance Required : Secret Clearance.
Estimated Travel : 10%
