Your Role: Customer Engagement Specialist
You’ll be the face of our company for our clients—building strong relationships, running weekly meetings with small business owners and executives, and keeping CRM/ERP implementation projects running smoothly. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring that every project milestone is met and every client feels heard, valued, and empowered.
What You’ll Do
✨ Be the Voice They Trust
- Lead weekly customer meetings to review progress, prioritize tasks, and keep projects on track.
- Serve as the key point of contact—someone clients rely on for insight, support, and clear communication.
- Engage confidently with business owners and executive-level stakeholders.
Own the Project Flow
- Track project status and manage deliverables in real-time.
- Facilitate sprint planning calls and coordinate with developers to align efforts.
- Follow up on open items and help remove roadblocks before they become problems.
Keep Communication Clear and Crisp
- Deliver regular updates to clients with clarity and professionalism.
- Document meeting notes, risks, and action items—and make sure everyone’s in the loop.
- Escalate critical issues when needed, ensuring fast resolution and executive alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- A true people person—charismatic, engaging, and great at building trust
- Executive presence—you’re confident speaking with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers
- Experience managing CRM/ERP projects (Zoho, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc. a big plus)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum understanding is a bonus
- Tech-savvy and naturally curious
