Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to manage weekly customer meetings, track project status, and coordinate implementation efforts with internal teams. This role is customer-facing and requires strong executive presence to interact with business owners and decision-makers. The specialist will oversee CRM and ERP technical projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with customer goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct weekly meetings with small business customers to discuss project updates, milestones, and action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Project Management & Implementation Support:
- Manage weekly status calls with customers, tracking progress and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with customers to prioritize sprint items and ensure clear communication on project deliverables.
- Work closely with developers to coordinate internal sprint planning calls and assign tasks.
- Monitor open sprint items and follow up with the team to ensure completion within deadlines.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Provide customers with regular updates, aligning on project progress and expectations.
- Document action items, project risks, and outstanding issues, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Work with executives and internal teams to escalate any critical issues or roadblocks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- English fluency is a must (spoken and written).
- Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Executive presence—ability to confidently interact with business owners, C-level executives, and decision-makers.
- Experience managing CRM and ERP implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills—ability to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Experience working with development teams and understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to customer needs and provide strategic guidance on CRM/ERP solutions.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Zoho CRM, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms (preferred).
