Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal departments / external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the COO.
- Manage, coordinate, and attend meetings, ensuring the COO is well-prepared for meetings, and taking minutes and action points as needed.
- Facilitate smooth daily operations through proactive problem solving and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
- Assist in project management for special projects at the direction of the COO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
