Lasante Health Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, manage daily operations, and assist with various operational and project management tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the COO
- Assist in the management of daily operations and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Organize and track key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient flow of information.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
- Additional tasks as directed by COO
