Lasante Health Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, manage daily operations, and assist with various operational and project management tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the COO
• Assist in the management of daily operations and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Organize and track key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient flow of information.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
• Additional tasks as directed by COO
